His career began with an accounting firm in Kansas City, MO that later merged into the international CPA firm KPMG. This was followed by positions in industry, with a hiatus of several years for traveling. The firm of Timothy P. Meyers & Co., P.C. was founded in 1987 and the tax/accounting practice has consistently grown since then. His public accounting experience is broadly based, having performed work for companies in a wide variety of industries including large construction, farming/ranching and manufacturing. The firm is heavily involved with smaller companies in performing tax and business advisory services.
