Tocumbo has the most savoring ice cream and desserts! You can taste the QUALITY, FRESHNESS, and AUTHENTICITY on your first bite! Everything is made to order and you don’t get anything that’s been sitting or pre made. The staff are always so nice and happy to help with all the questions I had! I absolutely love this place!
