Not only are their Matcha Croissants fantastic- generous with the luscious cream filling, a crispy exterior and mallowy dough, they have an amazing selection of pastries which also include hits like red bean filled buns and pork floss buns that remind me of oldschool Chinese bun stores but in a very comforting and modern aesthetic and atmosphere. Also their rhubarb danish is superb, the texture of the crunch topping is unforgettable. I still believe this, but unsuspectedly they have the best coffee I’ve ever had and would go to say its one of the best in Sydney, I cant think of any places that come close to theirs or even rivals them in quality and speed.
