I am a big fan of Transcendence Massage Therapy. I have a long history of neck and back pain. Liz Farr and her staff get real results in the area of pain relief and muscle relaxation. As a teacher of massage, Liz has used her knowledgeable techniques to increase my range of motion; thus, increasing my freedom of movement. She applies these techniques to several sports teams in the Albuquerque area as well. I will be forever grateful to Liz and Transcendence for changing my life for the better.
