Urban Image is amazing! The customer service is the best in the town. Lovely ladies and they will always go out of their way to make their customers as happy as possible. They have recently sponsored the Face of Northern Ireland and have participated in multiple accounts of charity work with selective charities. These girls are not only the best at what they do, but they are individuals with fablous characters. Their hairdressers are out of this world and are able to go above and beyond customers expectations whilst ellen( the beautician) will yet again, go above and beyond- always ensuring that each cuatomer leaves with a smile. I cannot reccommend this salon enough. Perfect in every way.

Fabulous customer service!! A warm welcoming experience everytime, able to feel very relaxed whilst being pampered and coming out looking and feeling better with myself. Great to talk to such genuine beauty therapists and stylist and feel comfortable. Really deserve this award
