I’m a huge fan of Vertical Bodies, because of Kate Gero and her amazing team of ladies, the instructors of Vertical Bodies. VB totally changes your confidence and your body by supporting all of their students different learning styles and each students own pace, building each one up through positive feedback and encouragement. The best thing about VB is that every one is like family, and everyone encourages one another. This is something that can not be taught, this is instilled in every single student and teacher from day one thanks to Kate Gero, take care and encourage one another, so when a person finally nails that difficult move or trick all of us share in the celebration of success with that person. This is what makes Vertical Bodies unique, and that is because of the compassion, leadership, dedication and confidence that Kate and the other Vertical Bodies teachers instill in their students, so that they may too walk tall and proud with the same qualities as themselves.
