Wentworths is the best! We moved out of state recently and it’s the one place we can’t find a replacement for.

This is hands down the best ice cream. It is flavourful. It is creamy beyond belief. The sweetness is perfect. I have never had a flavour that I thought was too sweet. The waffle cones are freshly made and also yummy. Seems pricey but the scoops are very generous. I just have no negatives. My mom is an ice cream aficionado and also says Wentworth’s is THE BEST outside of the Caribbean. We are from the islands and the milk/cream tastes a little different than America’s. Please stop here! In our years coming here, the ice cream has not changed.

I grew up not too far away from Wentworths. When I was a kid, my dad would take my brother and I to Wentworths as a special treat–especially after hikes at Sleeping Giant. Now that I’m an adult, I take out-of-state friends to Wentworths when they visit so they can experience the best ice cream in the state.

Wentworths is the best ice cream parlor in Ct! It’s ice cream is homemade. It has rich-full flavors along with a big range to choose from. The ice cream is creamy and delicious. The parlor has lots of extras to add to the yummyness. The waffle cones are very good. The seasonal flavors compliment the parlor very nicely. We love Wentworths and go there regularly.

Not only is this the best ice cream in Connecticut but the owner is one of the nicest ladies I’ve ever worked for! My first job was here, and I loved every minute of it. The best mint chip, fudge brownie, praline ice cream ever! Don’t get me started on all the amazing cheesecake flavors through the years. The creamiest ice cream great flavors and the best hot fudge in the world =)

Hands down my favorite ice cream place! I have been going here since I was a little kid and have never been disappointed! Their coconut mounds ice cream hits the spot every time, topped off with their original chocolate sprinkles…mmmm yummy!!!! I even got my husband addicted to their chocolate lovers sundae!!!! We now bring our son and dog, who gets to enjoy her fav pup cup! Thank you for never disappointing and being a classic delicious favorite!!!!

The number one reason is of course the ice cream itself. Not only are there many choices, they are creamy and flavorful. It is so much fun to explore new flavors in addition to the standard vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. A beautiful setting awaits where you can sit outside in the large outdoor area or enjoy your treat inside.

Wentworths is the best ice cream place! The ice cream is so delicious and they have a beautiful shop with a nice garden outside to eat your ice cream during the summer
