This shelter is a small rural shelter that is managed by a top notch manager. She gives 100% of herself to ensure that all dogs that arrive at the shelter are given every effort to be adopted or rescued. The dogs are in excellent surroundings in this clean, 5 star shelter. POPS is a non-profit organization that raises money to support the medical and physical needs for the shelter animals. No dogs are euthanized unless it’s a medical necessity. Top notch shelter!!
