Chad White\’s food is like a high 5 in the mouth! The flavors dance on your tongue! Zona Blanca is some of the best ceviche I\’ve ever had even after traveling extensively throughout Baja and Mexico.

Fresh, delicious flavor combos. Shrimp is sourced from a place that is known for fresh, clean flavors. The #1 is so perfectly balanced. Radishes and aioli are the bomb. Don’t leave without trying the Dorilocos. This is the kind of food we are meant to eat.
